These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the car rental services provided by FTM GROUP SRL. By using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Car Rental Agreement

Eligibility: To rent a car, you must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. By renting a car from us, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Booking and Rental Period: You can book a car through our website, mobile app, or in-person at our rental location. The rental period starts from the date and time specified in your booking and ends on the date and time you return the car. Any extension to the rental period must be approved by us in advance.

Payment and Security Deposit: You agree to pay the rental fee as indicated in your booking. Additionally, we may require a security deposit to cover potential damages or additional charges during the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded to you upon the safe return of the car, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

Use of the Car: You agree to use the rented car responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The car should only be driven by you or other authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement. You must not use the car for any illegal purposes or activities.

Insurance: All our rental cars are insured. However, the coverage may vary depending on the rental package and the country or region of rental. Please review the insurance details provided to you at the time of booking or contact us for further information.

Fuel: The car will be provided to you with a full tank of fuel, and it must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in additional charges for refueling.

Maintenance and Repairs: We maintain our rental cars in good working condition. In case of any mechanical issues or breakdowns during the rental period, please contact us immediately. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the car are strictly prohibited.

Late Returns: If you return the car after the agreed-upon rental period without prior approval, you may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please do so in accordance with our cancellation policy. Changes to your booking may be subject to additional fees.

Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our rental cars, except where mandated by law. You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the car during or after the rental period.
